With my style of intuitive massage and energywork or energywork sessions alone, some people go deep into states that feel dreamlike and surreal. The spa packages are available to compliment you in total wellness.
Deep rest and healing is part of the wisdom of the body. Connecting to your heart, energy and inner wisdom during our session is profoundly healing and grounding.
Your sessions are never rushed. You are greeted and a short check-in to set an intention and tone for the session each time.

Mind, body, emotions and spirit – I am always tuned in to listen as I work so I can adjust the pressure, style of massage techniques, rhythm of movements and energywork techniques to create an experience for you that feels like you’re being taken on an intuitive journey.
