Mindful Massages by Billie Sage

Hi, my name is Billie Sage.

I offer relaxing and nourishing full body massages, draping-optional, in my clean professional studio in downtown Victoria. I have professional training with deep tissue and pressure point bodywork designed to help clients cultivate more pleasure and aliveness in their bodies. I also have advanced training in myofascial release to support people recovering from the unwanted effects of traumatic stress, anxiety, depression, and chronic illness.

Each session with begins with a 20 minute intake and guided mindfulness practice before moving into bodywork. Not only will the guided mindfulness practice help you enjoy your massage more fully, I will be teaching simple and useful tools that can be used anytime to help navigate the waves of daily life.

Please note that masks are mandatory, and I do not offer shower services. Also, no F/S.

1 hour: $150
1.5 hours: $175
2 hours: $225
Discounts available to women and trans people.
