The massage style is a mix of Swedish, Relaxation, Deeper Tissue, Athletic as well as a pressure massage (helps get blood flow and healing to hips, low back and shoulders)

I now have a ‘healing mat” you can lie on while getting massage. Infrared, magnets, and negative ion energy. Purifies the air in massage room as well. Most places charge an extra $35 per hour. I include it in the price!
