This talk-based guided session is to experience deep relaxation and connect with the body in a safe and private environment. Guided mindfulness meditation has a wealth of benefits including:
• Relieving pent up stress and reducing performance anxiety
• Increasing connection and heightened experiences within the body
• Reducing guilt, shame and stigma
• Learning to be more present and in the moment
These 60 – 90 min sessions available in-office (Corydon Ave.), online or by phone. Mobile services available for extra privacy. Sessions are offered by a certified therapist practitioner (male).
