These sessions are for men to experience deep relaxation and connect with their body in a safe and private environment. Guided mindfulness meditation has a wealth of benefits including:
• Relieving pent up stress and reducing performance anxiety
• Increasing connection and heightened experiences within the body
• Reducing guilt, shame and stigma
• Learning to be more present and in the moment

Available in office, online or by phone (60 – 90 minutes). Mobile services available for men needing extra privacy. Sessions are offered by a certified therapist practitioner (male).
